Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico, to addresses supported at checkout. International shipping is not currently offered.

Production time

Check the estimate on each product page. Handmade and personalized items may require production time before shipment. Custom light switch plates and personalized Puerto Rico town wood wall art currently list approximately two weeks to make; other items can have different estimates. Contact us if your purchase is for a particular date.

Shipping time and charges

Shipping transit begins after dispatch. Available options and charges are shown at checkout. Carrier estimates can vary by destination and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Production time is additional.

Customization details

Missing or unclear instructions may delay production while we clarify them. Check your email and confirm names, spelling, town selections, and the delivery address.

Changes, delays, and delivery issues

Contact us promptly about address corrections or a cancellation. If an order cannot ship within the represented timeframe, we will communicate available delay, cancellation, or refund options as required by law. For a missing or damaged delivery, send your order number and details so we can investigate. Keep damaged packaging and provide photos if possible.
