Choose a customizable piece

Look for personalization options on the product page. Some designs let you choose a Puerto Rico town, add text, or share a design idea. Available customization depends on the item.

Share the details

1. Select the item and available variation.
2. Enter the requested personalization and check it carefully.
3. If you need to send an image or discuss an idea, email robertocruzbooks@gmail.com. Include your order number when you have one.

Have an idea that is not listed?

Contact us before purchasing. Tell us the item, colors, text, approximate quantity, and any date you have in mind. We will confirm feasibility, pricing, production time, and whether a proof can be provided. A request does not guarantee that a design or deadline can be accommodated.

Images and artwork

Send clear files when available and only content you own or have permission to use. We may need a better-quality image for printing. Avoid sensitive documents or images that are unnecessary for the design. Sharing a photo for production does not automatically authorize us to use it in advertising.

Changes and returns

Contact us quickly if something needs correcting. Changes depend on production status. Personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns; damaged, defective, and incorrect items are still addressed under our Return & Refund Policy.
