These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of dosalasdesigns.com and purchases from Dos Alas Designs, based in Miami, Florida. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract, or use the store with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and order information. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful material.

Products and handmade variations

Our products include handmade, printed, cut, engraved, and 3D-printed pieces. Materials, dimensions, included items, and care instructions are described on the product page. Minor variations in texture, placement, or finish may occur with handmade production. Screen settings can affect displayed colors. These variations do not excuse a defect or a product that materially differs from its description.

Personalized orders and submitted content

Review names, spellings, town selections, images, and other customization details before ordering. Submit only content you own or have permission to use, including permission to use images of other people where required. You give us permission to use the submitted content to prepare, produce, and fulfill your order and communicate with you about it; you retain your ownership. This permission does not authorize us to advertise with your personal images. If clarification is needed, production may wait until the details are resolved. Contact us promptly about changes; availability depends on production status.

Prices, payments, and orders

Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any discount are shown at checkout before payment. Offers apply only under their stated terms. We may contact you about an apparent pricing error, stock issue, or suspected unauthorized order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled items. Price changes do not retroactively change an accepted order without your agreement.

Production and shipping

We currently ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico, to destinations supported at checkout. Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Refer to the estimate on each product page; made-to-order items may require time to create before shipment. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If we cannot meet the represented shipment timeframe, we will notify you and provide delay, cancellation, or refund options as required by law. Contact us about missing or damaged deliveries so we can investigate.

Returns and refunds

Standard items have a 30-day return request window after delivery. Personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective, and incorrect items are addressed separately. Please read the Return & Refund Policy for conditions and postage responsibilities.

Product care and safe use

Follow the product-specific care and use instructions. Do not assume every decorative item is intended for food contact, high heat, outdoor exposure, or use by children. Contact us if the intended use is unclear.

Website content

Our original website copy, branding, photographs, and designs are owned by Dos Alas Designs or used with permission. You may browse and share links, but may not reproduce our original content for commercial use without permission. Third-party marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may send operational messages about your order. Promotional email subscriptions are separate, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. We remain responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law.

Governing law and updates

Florida law and applicable US federal law govern these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Changes will be posted with an updated date and will not remove rights associated with earlier purchases. Contact us first with concerns so we can try to resolve them.
